Measuring for Band Uniforms

 

DOWNLOAD: Excel Spreadsheet

NAME: Give last name first.

SECTION: Indicate section of the band student is a member of. Example:
Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Horn, Trombone, Baritone,
Tuba, Snare, Tenors, Bass Drum, Cymbals, Pit.

AGE: Give age of student.

SEX: Notate "F" for female and "M" for male.

HEIGHT: Measure height to the nearest inch without shoes. Please use 2 digits to indicate inches (example: 5'09")

WEIGHT: Give weight in pounds.

HEAD: Measure head at forehead to the nearest EIGHTH of an inch.
Indicate any fractions of an inch as follows: 1/8 = .125 ; 1/4 = .25 ;
3/8 = .375 ; 1/2 = .5 ; 5/8 = .625 ; 3/4 = .75 ; 7/8 = .875

CHEST: Measure around fullest part of chest to the nearest inch. Do not pull tape tight.

WAIST: Measure around waist to the nearest inch.

SEAT: Measure around fullest part of hips to the nearest inch.

THIGH: Measure around fullest part of thigh. Please measure to the nearest half inch.

Note: All sizes will be converted to the nearest stock size available.
